WHAT IS LIGHTEN UP AFRICA FOUNDATION ABOUT

LIGHTEN UP AFRICA FOUNDATION IS A NON- PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT SUPPORT ORPHANS, WIDOWS AND NEEDY.

The aim of LIGHTEN UP AFRICA FOUNDATION is to support and better the lives of the needy by providing foods,education, vocational skills, evangelism, health and community developments. The foundation supports more than 1000 needy beneficiaries. Lighten Up Africa Foundation strives to help orphans, widows and needy families to prepare each of them to be self-reliant, good attitude and to have a bright future. The Lighten Up Africa Foundation also extends it support to other village communities outside the cites in the country with clothing, gospel materials, food etc. The foundation was established in 2015 but formally registered as a non-governmental organization in August 2020.

10 Years Experience

THESE ARE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES WE HAVE DONE IN THIS 10 YEARS.

In 2015 we trained 20 beneficiaries on liquid soup. Trained 50 beneficiaries on liquid soup and yogurt. We supports SAVIOUR ORPHANAGE WITH SOME FOOD ITEMS & CLOTHING. We fed 300 people on the street during the covid 19. We supported the NSAWAM WOMEN'S PRISON with food items, toiletries & sachet water. We helped 100 families in the SORKWENYA Community with food items and also trained them on the liquid soup

Our mission is to maintain/aid charitable, educational, religious and other philanthropic activities whilst serving the public good through structure grant-making to public charities. LUAF is committed to unlocking the potential of every individuals we encounter by fighting to end childhood trauma. Ensuring children have access to qualify education, equipping adults with vocational training and teaching them and bringing them to the knowledge of Christ and His love.
